Ordering Options 

ONLINE: Orders can be placed through this online store 24/7. Orders are processed Monday-Friday during our regular business hours of 9:00 am to 2:30 pm PST. We are closed on most standard US holidays.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and Paypal

  • PHONE: Call 562-630-6258, 9:00 to 2:30 PST, Monday through Friday. 

  • BY MAIL:
  1. -Use any plain piece of paper to place your order.
  2. -Print your name and address clearly and legibly.
  3. -ITEMS SHIPPED BY TRUCK: Use a street address; we cannot ship to a post office box number. List your phone number (required by shipper).
  4. -List the items you want along with any pertinent information.
  5. -Email us for shipping charges where required.
  6. -Enclose payment in form of money order, cashier's check, personal check, or use your VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, or AMERICAN EXPRESS giving the account number and expiration date (a "must").
  7. NOTE: All orders must be made payable in US funds, drawn on a US bank.

DELIVERY: Orders are normally shipped from stock WITHIN 48 HOURS of receipt Monday - Friday.  We do not accept COD orders.

 

Shipping

Most plans are shipped via FedEx or USPS Priority. We typically don't ship First Class because there is no tracking.

Shipping Outside U.S.

    • International - Typically takes 2-4 weeks to arrive, depending on customs. We will forward a copy of tracking. We do not have any control of customs fees or delays in your home county. Custom fees and taxes are not part of the price of shipping.

Please note that some to some locations (Australia and New Zealand, for example) have become more restrictive and expensive recently. In case where shipping charged by the website falls well short of actual fees we will contact you to see if you want to pay additional charges or would prefer to cancel order.

Note: Our epoxy only be shipped to addresses in the U.S. and Canada

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Glen-L purchase. If you are not happy with your product, return it to us within 30 days of receipt and we will refund your money, less shipping. We just ask that the product be returned in the condition that it was received and that you pre-pay the return postage. You don't have to give us a reason for the return, but we would sure like to know so we can improve our products and/or service. We value our clients and strive to be the best that we can.

Remember that we are available by phone or email to help you decide which boat to build so you can make the right choice for your needs. Also, we have study plans available for many designs to order prior to purchasing the full plans and patterns. And, our Boatbuilder Forum is an excellent place to ask questions of those who have built our designs and can provide unbiased opinions about our designs.
