Nice photos Mike,
Funny thing is I’ve had people in the Glen L group on Facebook asking for more photos of the gathering.
I linked to this thread, but of course most people won’t click on it, since it will take them away Facebook

I'm no longer on Facebook so I can't see the content unless I rejoin. Clicking on a link to Facebook only prompts me to login or join. I quit Facebook about a year ago.
If you post pictures on Facebook, please post them here, too.

We're still happily married, but now she just wants "the dam boat out of the garage."

GREAT pics. Keep 'em coming
I noticed that in all the pics so far, even the background at Bluewater looks better than background at the former venue.

The best part of G15 for Bonnie and I was meeting so many great people. Jim and Ruthie basically adopted us for the weekend and took us with them everywhere they went on the beautiful "Lil Foo". Matt and Lisa were also very kind to us and gave us a nice ride for lunch on their Geranamo on Thursday. It was our first gathering and I hope it was first of many to come. Had a great time with a bunch of great people at a very nice place.

Re: G15 Photos
I nicked my prop at the Gathering. I just managed to get it off today. The nut was galled to the shaft. I had to heat the nut to get a 1/4 turn. Then tried a nut splitter for a half turn. Back and forth, a little at a time. Then a prop puller. Then found the prop shop is only open Monday to Friday 8 till 4.
Now a new nut and key. I'll get there!

OUCH!! Stainless will gall if torqued over about 50 ft. lbs. on a 1/2" bolt. I ran a study on that a while back when crews were experiencing galling on line hardware. It's like you welded the nut to the bolt. Use a double brass nut with cotter pin instead of a stainless lock nut.

That's what I ordered this time. The threads look pretty good I got a 3/4" die to clean them up. The prop guy is pretty sure he can fix the prop.
If he can't... This one is a 13x16. I have a 12x17, which should give about the same performance.

Re: G15 Photos
Prop is repaired, $200.00. Nut splitter about $30.00. Thread die that I didn't need$15.00. New nuts $25.00.
New prop would have been $400.00. The shaft was saved. It would have been $350.00. Turns out the nut was galled, not the shaft.
