Ken, aren't there a couple of other options nearby for folks that are still interested?

I am looking forward to this more than just about anything else this year.

I think this Gathering will be very special. It will be great to see everyone again. Last year was terrible. Rich and I both had covid in December and aren't afraid to get together again. Covid be damned.

There are many hotels in Dayton,
I asked if they have a sister property, no but,
Bluewater did say they could recommend if we book full occupancy

when compared to hales bar, that was typically 16 floating cabins and 2 land cabins taken, or typically 18 total room reservations.
Bluewater has 21 total available cabins (reservations) and 18 are already booked as of this morning.

Hello all!

John & I made our reservation yesterday and we truly look forward to seeing everyone! We plan on driving and making a mini vacation of it. Our son and daughter-in-law recently moved from Idaho to Kentucky, so we'll be spending some time with them as well. I'm excited to see the new venue in person!

I followed up on reservations, All the Lodge rooms are booked.
The RV camper is still available, as is several RV spots.

There are many hotels in town to support our overflow crowd. This could be a good thing for the overall party.
The more the merrier !
When I asked, Bluewater Resort made recommendation of PB Lodge for more rooms. (not associated with Bluewater)
Their webpage indicates it is a new facility, with GARAGES, on the same creek we are on !!
I don't know any more about it, but here is the webpage if you are interested
it appears to be built as a boat friendly hotel

Ken

Thanks! Good information.

I did get somebody started working on the Tahoe refinishing and some repair. That should be what we bring.
