Just finished the enchiladas. I ended up with 3 pans. One beef, one chicken, and one bean/cheese. I will bring some homemade salsa and a bag of chips as well. If anyone else wants to contribute sides or whatever that would be awesome. Its a smaller group but by my estimates, there will still be 15 or more to feed.

The baklava is on its way! scheduled to arrive on Thursday and should be at the Hales Bar Marina office when you get there...

Second, now I feel so inadequate because I'm not bringing a cajun dish.
