Just tossing out another option for the friday ride. There is a very good restuarant called Scotties on the river. The food is excellent and it's a just 2 minute walk from the docks in Chattanooga The view of the river is great too.

Should we try a new place? I do have reservations for us at the Big River Grill, but I could cancel and set something up with Scotties. Keith do you think they can hold 50 or so? I really don't like the walk from the marina to the Grill. I will check out Scotties, but please chime in with thoughts.

I checked out Scotties online and I like the menu, the location (on the water), and they can accommodate our group in their "River Room" which overlooks the river. It is probably less than a 10 minute walk from the marina. Craig and I will go there to sample the food and beer before Friday. They may also be able to provide slips at their docks for our boat. So I made reservations for us and cancelled the Big River Grill... Let's give it a try. Very exciting !! Thanks Keith for the suggestion, and you know if it doesn't go well, it's on you....

Butch.…. We will wait for you to sample..... You're right-- Craig's opinion is not always 100% on the mark. See you next Wednesday

I cant imagine anyone will be disappointed. I was very impressed with the food and the service. Your plate will look like an artist painted it. Best of all it's so close to the docks you wont loose all the calories you just filled up on walking to the boat

I looked through the photos of the place on Google. There appear to be brand new docks just down the hill from the restaurant.

Good food Cold beer and a short walk my old knees will like it better than walking a half mile up hill. Packed and replaced wheel bearings on my trailer , replaced non working lights , changed oil in Innocence . We be ready to roll .

Melissa and I are looking forward to dining at Scotties. Let me know if anyone has a couple of spots in their boat for us.

Dave,
Heather and I have a couple spots in Malahini, always good to have a man that’s handy with electrical on board.
