I just got out 3 cans of maple. Now to find a can opener!

I updated the food list to include the Brats I will be bringing for Friday Night. I will be bringing 24 brats and buns with mustard and ketchup along with my Johnsonville Sausage Sizzler. It does 5 brats at a time in about 14 minutes. That way I can kinda cook on demand. If there are any leftovers (uncooked) I will use them to supplement the Saturday lunch.
Thursday Night: Neel and Craig - Spaghetti Dinner
Friday Breakfast: Bill and Butch - Coffee Adam & Mel - Breakfast Casserole
Friday Lunch: River Run to Chattanooga and the Scottie's on the River.
Friday Dinner: ( any left over spaghetti) Lauren & Bill - Artichoke and Olive Pasta Salad, Roberta - 24 Brats and buns
Saturday Breakfast: Bill and Butch - Coffee Matt Hood and Dad Sausage and Eggs
Saturday Lunch: Bob Brandenstein - Brats
Saturday Dinner: Heather and Matt B. - Maybe a Taco Bar
Sunday Breakfast: Bill and Butch - Coffee Matt Hood (maybe)

I got a bucket of margarita mix for Saturday's taco bar. Right now I have strawberry, but looking for regular to bring as well.

Saturday, or anytime, I'll have some DYI hotdogs and an electric grill on the dock.
If we don't use them, I'll give them to the staff.

Thanks all who did food, especially the Taco Bar! I really needed a break from cooking. I'm already thinking about Brunswick Stew next year!
