Epoxy availability in Egypt
I'm building the zip in Egypt. the only available west system epoxy is Resin 105 and Hardener 206. is is possible to use this all the way through the building process. I mean in lamination, encapsulation, and glowing etc., ??? I can find here also adhesive filler (Microfibers 403) will this work?

Yes, you can use it for gluing when thickened with silica or wood flour or encapsulation unthickened. I would using the slow hardener for everything.
Re: Epoxy availability in Egypt
I'm using 105/206 for everything - I prefer to have more working time which the 206 hardener allows compared to 205. In winter (UK) I have had to bring things into the house to cure fully but in summer my garage is often over 30 degrees (celcius) so the slow hardener is essential - same as it would be in Egypt. I'm using 406 colloidal silica as a thickener because West recommended this over 403 microfibres but the preference was minimal so you'll be OK with the microfibres.

Thank you Hoodman and Sproggy for the information. I hope to be able to post photos of the building process soon.

Hey Dr. Ayman
I was wondering if you could help me out on where you were able to purchase the West Systems resins in Egypt.
I’m from Egypt as well and I can’t find a distributor for West Systems.
I’m looking forward to your reply.
Thanks
