The Hydro Race'n community, and South Texas has lost a great man. Tracy Hawkins was a great person, and would give you the shirt off his back. I met him through my best friend, and while I didn't know Tracy long, I can tell you he was GOOD PEOPLE! He loved Race'n, and building boats.
