Sunset Cruises

Just went for another sunset cruise again this evening.Anchored in little creek a few miles from home.Not much interesting on this cruise -just watch sun set and listen to the spring peepers.

will try to keep most of my postings to this spot instead of the powerboat spot.

Didn't go out last night-was waiting for the bait delivery.might tonight if wind dies down. Anyone else have pics too?

All the fishermen are getting a kick out of seeing it tied to the dock.They had to brave the big Traverse in open fihing boats so were really eying the enclosed cabin.

Looks beautiful out on the water catching those beautiful sunsets! So glad you are out there putting some miles on Chug a Lug! We had a few nice sunsets out on Lake Winnipesaukee last year. Hope to catch a few this year as things open up again.

Went out on the lake today.Wind was from the south about 18 to 20 kts.Most of the waves were 3 footers with a few 4's mixed in.Felt like I was inside a Bobber.Some pounding when heading into the wind but going with the wind was interesting too as waves were going faster than me so they kept pushing me from side to side.didn't want to broach so had to overcorrect at each turn.Can't seem to go in straight line,Have to correct steering a little to staighten out.Any Ideas?? No leaks yet.Went about 25 miles

There is a sunset cruise right at Hales Bar, I have heard of it, some say it is good, but I have little other info.
The Bat-cave near Hales Bar.
If, this year the Friday river-run is off, what about a sunset cruise for the bat-cave?
