Plan on building boat using the geodesic frame design

anyone here build such a boat?
the online plans show a boat that weighs 30 pounds but will hold 500+
these boats are built similar to a fabric covered airplane.
Have designed a pontoon boat using SKETCHUP 5 w/ 2 pontoons but can be converted to a 3 pontoon boat.
My question is has anyone had experience building such a boat?
planning on 12' long pontoons that are joined together using 1/4" plywood.
somehow attach wheels so boat can be assembled on shore (boat will be very light and easy to carry on top of car)then wheeled to the water. remove wheels and go fishing.
just need some good epoxy, dacron fabric. have all the wood needed.

Monfort Platt desinged and built many of these. Unfortunatly Monfort passed away last year but I think his plans are still out there.

Aircraft Spruce in Washington has the dacron you will need.
