Let's put Gumbo Saturday night.

Ken & I will put Friday night together.

We'll talk out if we don't have it covered and let you know if we have holes.

Thanks Bill and Kens...(yes, I read ALL the posts..that is why it can get confusing when there are too many "cooks")...

So correct me if I am wrong but it looks as if all the meals are handled at this point for the evenings and Sunday Breakfast:

Bill and Kens are handling Friday night. They will enlist help if needed.

Bengal is handling Saturday night, he will enlist help if needed.

Bruce is handling Sunday breakfast and will enlist help if needed.

Steve is bringing beer.

Does anyone feel we should do anything for Saturday lunch?

In some of the posts, there was mention of Jambalaya, chowder and others. I vote that those could be ongoing through the day.

Debbie & I committed to bringing Styrofoam plates,bowls,paper towels,Plastic cups,napkins,forks,knifes,spoons & trash bags(& anything else anyone can think of) for support/supply items.

Also she will be bringing her guitars for some music for fri & sat nights

I will make the Jambalaya Friday afternoon, unless someone has an objection. I am taking off that day and will be there early.

Narducci, maybe we could reheat the jambalaya for Saturday. It would be a good accompanyment to the gumbo.

Also, not everyone appreciates spicy food like jambalaya and gumbo, so we'll probably need to have some milder foods on the menu for Saturday, also.

I'll take care of organizing Saturday night's food. I'm going out of town (to Atlanta, actually) this afternoon and will be out of pocket until next week, but when I get back I'll work with everyone who wants to contribute a dish and try to organize a menu for Saturday night.
