Imp sheer Lines.

Imp sheer Lines.
Shane Smith built an 'Imp', which I am concidering. He said that he modifyed/raised the sheer lines to give the boat more height. How would I do the same? Many Thanks, Matthew

There are a couple of ways you can raise the sheer on the Imp. First, you can add however many inches you want it raised to each frame and then you'll apply the planking to match. Or, you can leave the frames long and spring the sheer around and mark each frame at the level you want. You just want to make sure you have a fair line at the sheer...
