sculling skiff

Curious if anyone knows what the rower weight limit is on the 17' sculling skiff. And can that be modified in any way (ie special types of foam, building materials, etc). Am planning on building two of them for myself and my mother, and have had several people interested in trying them out once they're built. Just need to know if I need to really worry about weight limits with these.

I weigh 250 and I still have plenty of free board. I have to admit though, the boat is more stable for light weights, lower center of gravity I suppose.
