Sculling skiff

Has anyone built it? I kinda wanted to know the cost and how well it rows. Also can I adjust it so that it is not made with stitch- and- glue.

I have not built one and am unaware how much the cost would be but here is a quote from my next project which is a stitch and glue which is a drift prams "By virtue of STITCH-&-GLUE construction, weight and cost are bare-bones yet maintenance and deterioration are virtually eliminated. There are no frames, but strength is superior. The two seats stiffen the hull and form built-in flotation chambers. No jig, special tools, or fastenings are used for hull assembly."
