Finished my SUP and it looks great but does not track well. The plans I purchased did not provide for a fin. The plans were not from Glen L.
Any ideas on adding a fin after the fact ? Would a brass canoe Keel mounted to the bottom and running the length of the board make it track better?
There are SUP fin inserts available on the internet but I would have to router out a slot and insert and of course the middle of the boat has the keel running lengthwise, so routering that might complicate matters.

Re: SUP Fin
I see no one answered you on this. Did you figure something out? I would go with routing out a hole and add balsa blocks to hold the fin box. You could then re plank over the exposed balsa.
