I probably wasn't clear by what I meant by templates. I transferred the full sized patterns that came from Glen-L onto 1/2 MDF and cut to shape. This makes it easy to lay out the parts on the ply with minimal waste. I did a rough cut of the ply and than using double carpet tape affixed the MDF templ...
